YUEYUN TRANS recommends the re-election and appointment of directors
YUEYUN TRANS announced that due to the expiration of the term of the eighth board of directors, it plans to conduct elections for the ninth board of directors. The board recommends re-electing Zhu Fang, Huang Wenban, Hu Xianhua, and Hu Jian as executive directors, appointing Yuan Dengping and Cai Fen as non-executive directors, re-electing Su Wujun, Huang Yuan, and Zhang Xiangfa as independent non-executive directors, and appointing Mu Huihua as an independent non-executive director
According to the announcement from YUEYUN TRANS (03399), based on the company's articles of association, the term of directors shall be three years, and directors may be re-elected for consecutive terms upon expiration. The company's board of directors is currently in its eighth term. Given that the term of the eighth board of directors has expired, the company intends to conduct elections for the ninth board of directors.
According to the company's articles of association, the board of directors proposes;
(a) Re-electing Mr. Zhu Fang, Mr. Huang Wenban, Mr. Hu Xianhua, and Mr. Hu Jian as executive directors of the ninth board of directors;
(b) Appointing Mr. Yuan Dengping and Mr. Cai Fen as non-executive directors of the ninth board of directors;
(c) Re-electing Mr. Su Wujun, Ms. Huang Yuan, and Mr. Zhang Xiangfa as independent non-executive directors of the ninth board of directors; and
(d) Appointing Ms. Mu Huihua as an independent non-executive director of the ninth board of directors
