Fsilon announced that the transfer registration procedures for 17,512,300 shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder, Fsilon Investment, to Beijing Yihua Yuanchu Mountain Hui Enterprise Management Partnership have been completed on September 9. This transfer accounts for 13.9286% of the total share capital of the listed company. After the transfer, Fsilon Investment holds 54,487,700 shares, accounting for 43.3374% of the shares; Yihua Mountain Hui holds 17,512,300 shares, accounting for 13.9286%.
