Improve Medical: Wholly-owned subsidiary received medical device change registration documents and completed renewal registration

Improve Medical announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Improve Medical Co., Ltd., has received the "Medical Device Change Registration Document of the People's Republic of China" and the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People's Republic of China" issued by the Hunan Provincial Drug Administration. The change involves the production address of the disposable vacuum blood collection container being changed from "No. 6, Yizhang Avenue East, Yizhang Economic Development Zone, Hunan Province" to "No. 6, Yizhang Avenue East, Yizhang Economic Development Zone, Hunan Province; No. 8, Industrial Avenue, Lixian Economic Development Zone," and also adds "Entrusted production enterprise: Wengjian Ping'an Medical Technology Co., Ltd.; Unified Social Credit Code: 91430723565949803B."
