The company, as a limited partner, has subscribed 39 million yuan, accounting for 19.5% of the total. According to the announcement from SMS (002857.SZ), in order to optimize the company's industrial layout, enhance market competitiveness, and better meet the needs of strategic development, the company plans to jointly establish the Yueyang Sanhui Embodied Intelligence Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to final registration by market regulatory authorities, hereinafter referred to as the "Fund" or "Partnership") with Yueyang Financial Private Equity Fund Co., Ltd., Yueyang Financial High-tech Industry Investment Co., Ltd., Yueyang Yijia Industry Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Changwu Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Changwu"), and the Yueyang Industrial Investment Guidance Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total scale of the Fund is 200 million yuan, with the company as a limited partner subscribing 39 million yuan, accounting for 19.5%.
