The second-hand luxury brand store "Ginza Akuma" leases a ground floor shop on Queen's Road Central in Central for HKD 350,000

The second-hand luxury handbag store "GINZA XIAOMA" has recently rented a shop space on Queen's Road Central in Central for approximately HKD 350,000 per month. The shop has a basement and ground floor area of 1,395 square feet each, totaling about 2,790 square feet, with an average rent of HKD 125 per square foot.

The shop was originally rented by EMPEROR WATCH&J (00887.HK) since 2016, operating a Patek Philippe specialty store, with a monthly rent exceeding HKD 1.5 million.

GINZA XIAOMA came to Hong Kong five years ago and previously rented an upstairs shop in the New World Tower on the same street, but at the end of last year, it was broken into by three thieves who smashed the glass display cases and stole 66 Hermes handbags worth approximately HKD 10 million
