Sichuan Changhong announced that its subsidiary, Changhong JH Holdings Co., Ltd., issued a "Short Suspension" announcement on September 12, 2025, on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stating that its shares will be suspended from trading from 9:00 AM on that day, pending the publication of an announcement containing insider information. Changhong JH will fulfill its information disclosure obligations on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and remind investors to pay attention to investment risks
