CECM: It is expected to pay approximately 8.4875 million yuan in electricity fees in 2025

CECM announced that the company plans to sign an "Energy Management Contract for Distributed Rooftop Photovoltaic Projects" with Changzhou Gaoxin Yutai Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in response to the national development requirements for green low-carbon and energy structure transformation. The project will implement a distributed rooftop photovoltaic power generation project on the company's factory roof. The contract stipulates that the project will adopt the "self-generated and self-used, surplus electricity connected to the grid" model, allowing Party A to prioritize the use of the generated electricity to achieve energy-saving and consumption-reduction goals, with the remaining electricity connected to the public grid. Party B will invest in the construction of the photovoltaic power station and provide Party A with electricity bill discounts. The project operation period is 25 years, during which Party A is expected to pay Party B approximately 339,500 yuan in electricity fees annually, totaling approximately 8.4875 million yuan over 25 years.
