According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 15, shareholders of RUIFENG RENEW transferred their shares from Jietao Securities to Huafu Jianye Securities, with a transfer market value of HKD 80.3436 million, accounting for 6.6%. On September 5, RUIFENG RENEW announced that the grid-side independent energy storage power station project, with a capacity of 300 megawatts/1.2 gigawatt-hours, invested and constructed by its subsidiary Hebei Ruifeng Yunlian Digital New Energy Co., Ltd. (Ruifeng Yunlian), has successfully completed the full-process market transaction testing and will officially enter the medium- and long-term electricity trading operation phase on July 15, 2025
