According to the Qichacha APP, recently, China Shipbuilding Wind Power New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Tu Silei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: power generation business, power transmission business, power supply business; wind power generation technology services; sales of onshore wind turbine units, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by China Shipbuilding Technology
