    CSSCSTC: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to pre-list the transfer of subsidiary equity and related debts

    CSSCSTC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSSC Wind Power, plans to pre-list the transfer of its 100% equity and related debts in CSSC Wind Power New Energy Co., Ltd. at the property rights exchange, as well as the 100% equity and related debts held by CSSC Wind Power Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in CSSC Wind Power Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd. The trading counterpart is not yet clear, and the transaction contract has not been signed. The evaluation work is still ongoing, so the impact of this transfer on the company's profits for the current year cannot be determined at this time

    CSSCSTC signs a green methanol sales contract

    CSSCSTC: Cancelled 3.8974 million shares

    CSSCSTC announced that due to some subsidiaries failing to meet the performance commitment targets for the year 2023, 16 performance compensation obligors are required to compensate with shares.
