ZLC establishes a new company including graphite and carbon products business
According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xiamen Aosichuang Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of high-performance fibers and composite materials; research and development of carbon fiber recycling technology; and sales of graphite and carbon products. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by ZLC
