Chahua: The director plans to reduce holdings by no more than 0.02%

Chahua Co., Ltd. announced that as of the date of this announcement, the company's director and deputy general manager Chen Zhihai holds 160,000 shares, accounting for 0.07% of the company's total share capital; he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 40,000 shares through centralized bidding from October 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026, which will not exceed 0.02% of the company's total share capital and will not exceed 25% of his holdings.
