SICHUAN EN INV has signed a construction contract with Dege Gezaer Electric Power, with a contract amount of 4.4362 million yuan. SICHUAN EN INV will provide construction services such as cable lines and distribution transformers. According to the announcement from Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713), on September 16, 2025 (after trading hours), Dege Gesar Power (a related party of the company) and Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a construction contract. Under this contract, Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction agrees to provide certain construction services to Dege Gesar Power for the project, with a contract price of RMB 4.4362 million (including tax).
Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction is required to provide construction services related to the project as well as procurement and installation services for important equipment and materials. The scope of work should include the construction of new cable lines, distribution transformers, household electric meters, pole foundations, cables, box transformer foundations, and regulator foundations.
