SICHUAN EN INV: Dege Gesar Power and SICHUAN EN INV signed a construction contract

According to the announcement from Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713), on September 16, 2025 (after trading hours), Dege Gesar Power (a related party of the company) and Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a construction contract. Under this contract, Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction agrees to provide certain construction services to Dege Gesar Power for the project, with a contract price of RMB 4.4362 million (including tax).

Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction is required to provide construction services related to the project as well as procurement and installation services for important equipment and materials. The scope of work should include the construction of new cable lines, distribution transformers, household electric meters, pole foundations, cables, box transformer foundations, and regulator foundations.

The company is a vertically integrated power supplier and service provider based in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, while Sichuan Energy Investment Development Construction mainly engages in (including but not limited to) the inspection and maintenance of substations, hydropower stations, and transmission lines. The project under the construction contract is part of the group's routine and general business, which can continue to strengthen the relationship between the group and its controlling shareholder, while also increasing the company's revenue and profits, providing long-term returns and value for the company's shareholders
