KIDZTECH completes the acquisition of two companies involved in molten salt materials and thermal energy storage business

KIDZTECH (06918.HK) announced that for the six months ending June 30, 2025, the company completed the acquisition of 60% equity in Inner Mongolia Paiwei Technology Co., Ltd. and 51% equity in Shidai Logistics Investment Co., Ltd., at prices of RMB 1 and USD 51, respectively. The former focuses on the research, development, production, and distribution of energy storage molten salt, core raw materials, and integrated thermal energy storage systems, while the latter mainly engages in the sales, services, and after-sales services in the field of molten salt materials and thermal energy storage equipment.

In addition, the group has established a strategic cooperation with the joint venture company Shandong Ainengsen, which will assist the joint venture in constructing energy storage equipment and molten salt production lines, as well as hazardous chemical warehouses, providing production technical support, and establishing a factory operation team responsible for daily production activities
