Intraco issues $9.39m in digital commercial paper
Tenor is 30 days at 3.8% per annum.Intraco Limited has issued $9.39m worth of digital commercial paper under its SDAX CP Facility Programme.The twenty-second series, called SGD CP Series 22B Tokens, carries a 30-day tenor and an annual interest rate of 3.8%. The tokens were listed on the SDAX Exchange today.Intraco’s Executive Chairman subscribed $1.2m, or about 12.8% of the issuance.Taurus Point Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intraco, advised on the deal.The company said it will announce further updates if there are significant developments related to the programme or future issuances.
