Jiangsu YYDQ Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution. This time, based on a total share capital of 878,143,718 shares, excluding 4,000,000 shares in the repurchase special account, the base is 874,143,718 shares, with a cash distribution of 0.3 yuan per share, totaling 26,224,311.54 yuan including tax, with no bonus shares or capital increase. The equity registration date is September 23, and the ex-dividend date is September 24. The recipients of the equity distribution are all shareholders registered, and shares in the repurchase account do not participate. The company entrusts China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to distribute dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders will distribute cash dividends independently. If there are changes in the total number of shares before distribution, the total dividend amount will be adjusted accordingly
