Consolidated Communications CEO to step down, COO Gaurav Juneja to take over in 2026. Transition plan set with current CEO becoming Vice Chairman.

CONROE, Texas – A CEO transition plan has been revealed by Consolidated Communications, a rapidly expanding fiber internet and network firm in the United States. The future CEO appointment of their COO, Gaurav Juneja, has been set for the start of 2026. The current CEO, Bob Udell, will collaborate with Mr. Juneja for a seamless transition, following which Udell will assume the role of Vice Chairman of Consolidated's Board of Directors. Gaurav Juneja has been an integral part of the Consoli team and will be stepping into the CEO position in early 2026.
