This adjustment comes three years after Duan Guangming took office in August 2022, and the new chairman Ma Xiaoyan also comes from the State Grid system. She was just nominated as a non-independent director candidate for GWYD on August 27 and was approved by the shareholders' meeting on September 15, indicating a tight transition schedule
