Aurisco: Li Jinliang resigns from the position of non-independent director of the company
On September 18th, Aurisco announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from non-independent director Li Jinliang. Li Jinliang applied to resign from his position as a non-independent director of the company's third board of directors due to work adjustments. After resigning, Li Jinliang will continue to serve as the executive director of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Aurisco Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Li Jinliang's resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company
