Sirui: The company's main products related to optical modules include chip bases and housings
Sirui stated during the research that the company's main products related to optical modules are chip bases and housings. The thermal management requirements for optical module chips above 400G have significantly increased, necessitating new materials with low expansion and higher thermal conductivity characteristics to meet these demands. Different compositions of tungsten-copper alloys can satisfy the needs of 400G, 800G, and 1.6T optical modules. Currently, the company's main clients include Finisar, Global Broadcasting, Tianfu Communication, Solstice, and Dongguan Xuntao. With the substantial increase in thermal management requirements for optical modules, there is a demand for housing materials with higher thermal and mechanical properties. The company will apply new copper alloys to the optical module housings to address industry technical pain points. At the same time, the company plans to invest its own funds to establish a production capacity of 20 million sets of optical module bases and 10 million sets of optical module housings annually
