ETERNITY INV appoints Tomasz Wojewoda, Raza Zaidi, and Zhao Yan as executive directors

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ETERNITY INV (00764) announced that Mr. Tomasz Wojewoda, Mr. Raza Zaidi, and Ms. Zhao Yan have been appointed as executive directors of the company, effective September 19, 2025.

In addition, the group plans to expand its new business focused on Runtime-as-a-Service (RaaS) and customized hardware and security modules. The overall technical architecture will prioritize security, compliance, and scalability, gradually forming an integrated operational system of software and hardware.

This business will target traditional industry clients (including golf clubs and real estate projects operated by the group), providing comprehensive on-chain services including asset confirmation, issuance, settlement, custody, and risk control. The group will also provide infrastructure such as verification nodes, computing power devices, hardware security modules, and edge gateways to build integrated on-chain operational capabilities to support business operations in various scenarios.

In terms of technical implementation, the group plans to use different blockchain networks based on the characteristics of business scenarios to achieve efficient and stable system support. For applications involving high-frequency, low-transaction-volume membership management and consumption point settlement, the group plans to use the Scroll network as one of the main infrastructures. Scroll is an Ethereum-compatible zero-knowledge network (zkEVM Layer 2) with good scalability, security, and a complete development ecosystem, which has been deployed in multiple application scenarios. The group will leverage the Scroll network to achieve on-chain confirmation of high-frequency transactions and low-cost processing, optimizing the overall user experience and operational efficiency.

At the same time, the group plans to introduce compatible computing power modules and cryptographic security devices to support the operation of verification nodes and on-chain data processing, including but not limited to zero-knowledge proof generation acceleration, hardware key management, and on-chain compliance module invocation. The related equipment will be customized according to business needs and is expected to control overall operational costs while meeting performance and security requirements.

As the digitalization process of the industry continues to deepen, the on-chain demand of traditional enterprises for asset confirmation, clearing, and auditable distribution has significantly increased.
