NEW POWER announced that the company will hold the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on September 19, 2025, to elect Ms. Cheng Fangfang, Mr. Qi Longlong, Mr. Zhou Pan, and Mr. Zhou Yunsheng as non-independent directors of the sixth board of directors, and Mr. Cai Chang, Mr. Chen Wenbo, and Mr. Hu Wensheng as independent directors of the sixth board of directors. Among them, Ms. Cheng Fangfang was elected as the chairperson, with a term of three years.
