The plan has been approved by the board of directors and will issue asset-backed securities supported by specific loan trust claims and ancillary rights within China. The issuance limit of the plan is 217 million yuan, and it is expected to be completed by September 3, 2026. The funds will be used for the general working capital of the group's financial technology business, aiming to broaden financing channels, obtain low-cost funds, optimize the financing structure, and promote operational activities and investment layout
ZhiTong Finance APP news, Hi Sun Tech (00818) announced that the board of Ronghui Zhida Factoring has approved the issuance of the Xinyun Chain - Xingyao No. 2 Supply Chain Financial Asset-Backed Special Plan and the asset-backed securities supported by specific loan trust rights and ancillary rights (including but not limited to principal, interest, default penalties, and guarantee rights) to be issued within China. According to the no-objection letter issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the upper limit of the issuance scale for the asset-backed special plan is RMB 217 million, which can be issued within 12 months from the date of approval, that is, before September 3, 2026.
