
ST Golden Solar has been subjected to an additional delisting risk warning

ST Golden Solar announced that due to triggering the relevant regulations for delisting risk warnings, starting from April 30, 2025, it will implement "delisting risk warnings" and "other risk warnings," and the stock abbreviation will change to "*ST Golden Solar." Starting from September 22, 2025, due to the acceptance of the reorganization application, the stock will additionally implement delisting risk warnings, and there will still be no need for suspension of trading. If the reorganization fails, the company will face bankruptcy liquidation and delisting risks
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, *ST Golden Solar (300093.SZ) announced that on September 19, 2025, Gansu Golden Solar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received the "Civil Ruling" ((2024) Gan 09 Po Shen No. 1) delivered by the Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "Jiuquan Intermediate Court"), which ruled to accept the applicant's reorganization application and appointed Beijing Dacheng Law Offices as the administrator of the Company.
Due to the Company violating Article 10.3.1 (1), (2), and (3) and Article 9.4 (6) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "the Listing Rules"), the Company's stock will be subject to "delisting risk warning" and "other risk warning" starting from the market opening on April 30, 2025, with the stock abbreviation changing from "Golden Solar" to "*ST Golden Solar." Since the Company has been ruled by the Jiuquan Intermediate Court to accept reorganization, its stock will be additionally subject to delisting risk warning starting from the market opening on September 22, 2025. This additional delisting risk warning does not require a trading suspension. The stock abbreviation will remain "*ST Golden Solar," the stock code will remain "300093," and the daily price fluctuation limit for stock trading will still be 20%.
After the court ruled for the Company to enter the reorganization process, there remains a risk of being declared bankrupt due to failed reorganization. If subsequently declared bankrupt, the Company will undergo bankruptcy liquidation, and according to Article 10.4.18 of the Listing Rules, the Company's stock will face the risk of being terminated from listing
