CH FRONTIER TEC: Ren Song appointed as authorized representative, chairman of the compensation committee, and chairman of the nomination committee
CH FRONTIER TEC announced that Mr. Huang Wenqiang and Ms. Wang Jie will no longer serve as executive directors. Ms. Ren Song has been appointed as the authorized representative, chair of the compensation committee, and chair of the nomination committee, with the appointment effective from September 19, 2025
According to the announcement from CH FRONTIER TEC (01661), Mr. Huang Wenqiang has ceased to serve as an executive director, and will no longer hold the positions of co-chairman of the board and one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, as well as the chairman of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; Ms. Wang Jie has also ceased to serve as an executive director.
