HKR INT'L sells Tuen Mun Central Plaza parking lot, realizing 180 million yuan

HKR INT'L (00480.HK) announced the sale of the 8th floor public parking lot located at "Tuen Mun Central Plaza" on Hoi Wing Road, Tuen Mun, along with the payment office and underground container parking spaces, to an independent third party, Huazhan Investment, for a price of HKD 180 million. The estimated net loss from the sale confirmation is approximately HKD 14 million
