(MT Newswires) -- A Metaverse (HKG:1616) said the Hong Kong High Court has appointed Kroll executives Anson Li and Issac Tang as joint provisional liquidators with powers to operate the business, safeguard assets and investigate its affairs, according to a Monday bourse filing. The order, dated Sept. 16, will remain in force unless varied or discharged by the court. Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since Aug. 15 and will stay halted until further notice, it said.
