A recent survey by Talker Research for Revance reveals that while 91% of Americans are more ingredient-conscious, many overlook key differences in frown line treatments. Despite increased awareness in skincare and supplements, over half of respondents mistakenly believe all neurotoxin treatments are similar. Revance aims to educate consumers about DAXXIFY®, the first frown line treatment with a peptide formulation, which does not use human or animal-based ingredients. The survey indicates a significant opportunity for awareness and education in aesthetic treatments, with 61% of consumers willing to switch based on ingredient transparency.
