Shareholders' profit attributable to the company was HKD 33.614 million, turning a profit from a loss of HKD 70.771 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share were HKD 0.0642. The main reasons include a decrease in unrecognized receivables losses and investment property revaluation losses, as well as an increase in fair value gains
