Miracll Chemicals to Lift Restriction on 3% of Shares

(MT Newswires) -- Miracll Chemicals (SHE:300848) plans to release 13,698,824 shares, or 3.2% of the company's total shares, from restriction and start their trading on Sept. 29, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Thursday. The shares were placed in restriction after a share placement in March, which raised the company's share capital to 427,887,627 shares from 414,188,803 shares. The Chinese thermoplastic polyurethane manufacturer's shares slipped over 1% at the close.
