AIRBLUER: Appointed Xu Chao as the company's deputy general manager and board secretary
On September 25th, AIRBLUER announced that the company held the 18th meeting of the third board of directors on the same day, reviewing and approving the proposal on the appointment of the company's vice president and board secretary. Based on the nomination by the company's chairman Zhong Rubo and the qualification review by the board's nomination committee, the board agreed to appoint Xu Chao as the company's vice president and board secretary, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the third board of directors
