SMIC announced that its controlling shareholder, China Pingmei Shenma Group, plans to implement a strategic restructuring with Henan Energy Group. This restructuring will not lead to a change in the controlling shareholder or the actual controller, and the shareholding of the controlling shareholder will remain unchanged. According to the announcement from Zhimeng Finance APP, SMIC (600810.SH) stated that on September 25, 2025, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, China Pingmei Shenma Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Pingmei Shenma Group). According to the decision of the Henan Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government, China Pingmei Shenma Group intends to implement a strategic restructuring with Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd. This restructuring will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it result in changes to the shares held by the controlling shareholder in the company. This restructuring still needs to go through relevant procedures and will not have a significant impact on the company's normal production and operation activities
