UNI PRINTSHOP: Liu Zhengyang appointed as independent non-executive director
UNI PRINTSHOP announced that Huang Zhengguo will be transferred from Independent Non-Executive Director to Executive Director, responsible for financial functions, starting from October 2, 2025. Liu Zhengyang has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director and will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee
According to the announcement from UNI PRINTSHOP (08448), due to the resignation of an executive director on August 31, 2025, to support the company's ongoing development, Huang Zhengguo has been transferred from independent non-executive director to executive director, effective from October 2, 2025. He will primarily be responsible for financial functions, overseeing financial reporting, fund management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. Mr. Huang will also no longer serve as the chairman of the board's audit committee and risk management committee, as well as a member of the board's nomination committee and remuneration committee.
