According to JSG, on September 26th, the first 12-inch silicon carbide substrate processing pilot line was officially put into operation at Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC. Thus, Zhejiang Jingrui SuperSiC has achieved independent research and development of all equipment from crystal growth, processing to testing, with 100% localization
