Baheal Medical's subsidiary provides a guarantee of 60 million yuan for its subsidiary

Recently, Qingdao Baheal Medical Co., Ltd.'s holding subsidiary Baheal Pharmaceutical provided a joint liability guarantee for its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Pharmaceutical. Previously, the company had approved a guarantee limit of up to 402 million yuan for Baheal Pharmaceutical to provide to Shanghai Pharmaceutical. This time, Baheal Pharmaceutical signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Agricultural Bank of China Shanghai Changning Branch, guaranteeing a maximum claim balance of 60 million yuan. The guarantee balance already provided and still within the guarantee period before this guarantee was 72.34 million yuan, and this balance remains unchanged after the guarantee, allowing Shanghai Pharmaceutical to have a usable guarantee limit of 270 million yuan. This guarantee is in line with the company's interests, and after providing the guarantee, the total guarantee amount for the company and its holding subsidiaries is 2.1274 billion yuan, with a total external guarantee balance of 375.3159 million yuan, and there are no overdue guarantees or other situations
