GINWA announced that the company has received the remaining transfer payment of 149 million yuan and interest of 6.5231 million yuan from Western Investment Group Co., Ltd., totaling 155 million yuan. So far, the company has received a total of 351 million yuan in transfer payments and interest for the 100% equity transfer of GINWA International Hotel from Western Group, and this transaction has been fully completed. In the future, the company will handle the relevant procedures for the release of mortgages and pledges according to the agreement
