Recently, Jiangsu Libert Co., Ltd. signed a contract with the Shanghai Songjiang Branch of China Construction Bank to provide a joint liability guarantee of no more than 400 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Libert Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., without counter-guarantee. The company had previously approved relevant proposals to provide a total guarantee of no more than 3.2 billion yuan for its subsidiaries, with an additional guarantee amount of 2 billion yuan for Libert Engineering. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees provided by the company and its holding subsidiaries amounted to 3.3 billion yuan, accounting for 179.62% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
