YTPM provides a progress announcement on a guarantee of 10 million yuan for its subsidiary

On September 27, 2025, Yantai YTPM Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a "Guarantee Contract" with Hua Xia Bank Yantai Branch to provide joint liability guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary Yantai YTPM Auto Parts Co., Ltd. for financing activities not exceeding 10 million yuan at the bank, without counter-guarantee. This guarantee is within the authorization scope and validity period granted by the company's 2024 annual shareholders' meeting and does not require further review. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee balance provided to Yantai YTPM is 98.1 million yuan, and the total external guarantee balance for the company and its subsidiaries is 728.9643 million yuan, accounting for 34.68% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue external guarantees or litigation-related guarantees. This guarantee is to meet production and operational needs, and the overall risk is controllable
