Jiangsu Longda Superalloy Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan. This profit distribution plan was approved by the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders and reviewed by the fifteenth meeting of the second board of directors. The equity registration date is October 13, 2025, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date is October 14. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.8 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital on the registration date, after deducting the shares in the repurchase special securities account, without any capital reserve fund conversion into share capital or bonus shares.
