ALLI INTL ED LE subsidiary signs a financing lease agreement with Longkou Antai Logistics

ALLI INTL ED LE announced that its subsidiary ALLI INTL FINANCING LEASING (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has signed a financing lease agreement with Longkou Antai Logistics Co., Ltd. The agreement includes the lessor purchasing leasing assets for RMB 17 million and leasing them to the lessee, with a lease term of 36 months and a total lease amount of approximately RMB 18.471 million. The leasing assets consist of the lessee's logistics and quality control equipment, which is expected to bring stable financing lease income and cash flow to the group. The board of directors believes that the agreement is in the overall interest of the group and its shareholders
