Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging announced that the company has acquired 34.0465 million unrestricted circulating shares of Suzhou Chuangyang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. from Taicang Chuangyang Qiyun, Shanghai Miaoxiang, Shanghai Shizhi, and Shanghai Jiuban through cash-based agreement transfer, with a total transfer price of 84 million yuan. After the completion of this equity acquisition, the company will hold 34.0465 million shares of Chuangyang, accounting for 30% of Chuangyang's total share capital. On September 29, 2025, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. issued a confirmation letter regarding the application for the agreement transfer of specific matters of Chuangyang, and the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited issued a "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" regarding this equity transfer.
