It was found that on August 22, 2025, Kang Yinglei purchased 20,000 shares of the company through centralized bidding on the secondary market, accounting for 0.0028% of the company's total share capital, at a transaction price of 41.57 yuan per share, with a total transaction amount of 831,400 yuan. On August 30, 2025, the company disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025. Kang Yinglei, as the then director of the company, bought company shares within 15 days prior to the announcement of the semi-annual report, which constituted a violation of the regular report window period for increasing holdings.
