*ST YATAI announced that on September 29, 2025, 70,400 shares of the listed company held by Lanzhou Yatai Mining Group Co., Ltd. were subject to judicial enforcement, accounting for 0.02% of the total share capital of the listed company. Before this change in equity, Yatai Mining held 28,977,300 shares of the listed company, accounting for 8.96% of the total share capital of the listed company; after the change, it held 28,906,900 shares, accounting for 8.94% of the total share capital of the listed company
