On September 28, 2025, the company received the "Decision" delivered by the Fuzhou Intermediate Court, deciding to extend the pre-restructuring period of Wanxiang Newu Technology Co., Ltd. until January 3, 2026. During the extended pre-restructuring period, the temporary administrator will continue to perform duties in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the Fuzhou Intermediate Court.
