India has made a final affirmative anti-dumping ruling on Chinese-origin multi-layered paperboard

On September 29, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced a positive final ruling on anti-dumping measures against originating from or imported from China and Chile's native multilayer cardboard, recommending the imposition of a five-year anti-dumping duty on the products involved from the aforementioned countries. Specifically, the anti-dumping duties for Chinese producers Ningbo Asia Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd., Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd., Ningbo Asia Green Paper Products Co., Ltd., Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. are all set at USD 152.27 per ton, while the anti-dumping duty for other Chinese producers is USD 221.36 per ton; the anti-dumping duty for Chilean producers is USD 123.18 per ton. The products involved are multilayer cardboard made from white/native wood pulp, whether coated or uncoated, including folding boxboard between 140 to 450 GSM, solid bleached sulfate board, cup paper or cardboard, and liquid packaging cardboard.
