On August 26, 2025, Truking held the second meeting of the sixth board of directors, reviewing and approving the proposal to expand the business scope, amend the Articles of Association, and handle the industrial and commercial change registration. On September 15, the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 also approved this proposal. Due to the needs of business development, the company added part of the business scope, reduced the number of board members from 14 to 13, and correspondingly amended the provisions of the Articles of Association. Currently, the company has completed the procedures for industrial and commercial change registration and Articles of Association filing, and obtained the business license reissued by the Changsha Market Supervision Administration.
