ZX Packing Group: Appointed Teng Buxiang as the company's board secretary

On September 30th, ZX Packing Group announced that the company held the sixth meeting of the second board of directors on the same day. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Board Secretary," agreeing to appoint Teng Buxiang as the company's board secretary, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the second board's term. Given that Teng Buxiang has not yet obtained the board secretary qualification certificate from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, he has pre-registered to participate in the most recent board secretary training organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The appointment will take effect formally after he obtains the board secretary qualification certificate issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and is filed without objection.
