Yuan Cheng Warehousing, a subsidiary of Tianjin Port Development, successfully acquired the land use rights for a plot of land in Tianjin Port, Binhai New Area, for 303 million yuan. This acquisition aims to promote the construction of the yard, enhance the bulk cargo transportation capacity of the port area, and strengthen overall competitiveness. The land use rights contract is expected to be signed on or before October 21, 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tianjin Port Development (03382) announced that on September 30, 2025, Yuan Cheng Warehousing Company (a subsidiary of the company) successfully acquired the land use rights for a plot located in the Tianjin Port of Binhai New Area, Tianjin, China, through a public bidding organized by Tianjin Binhai Center for RMB 303 million. The confirmation of the transaction related to the acquisition was obtained on the same day, and the land use rights transfer contract is expected to be signed on or before October 21, 2025. Yuan Cheng Warehousing Company has paid a bidding deposit of RMB 60.6 million.
The announcement stated that the group is advancing the yard construction project through the acquisition, further improving the bulk cargo functional layout of the Tianjin Port area, promoting the large-scale and intensive development of bulk cargo transportation in the port area, enhancing storage capacity, meeting the transportation needs of dry bulk carriers and customer shipping demands, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of Tianjin Port's dry bulk business and creating greater benefits for the group
