SHRC: SHRC Singapore completes acquisition of 100% equity in Peak Company

SHRC announced that on September 30, 2025, the acquisition of 100% equity of Peak Company by SHRC Singapore has completed the payment of the equity acquisition price and the equity transfer. The transaction price is AUD 195 million, equivalent to approximately RMB 916 million. The valuation of 100% equity of Peak Company has been adjusted from AUD 158 million to AUD 195 million
