According to the announcement from SINGASIA HLDG (08293), Mr. Lin Zhenye has resigned as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Compliance Officer under Rule 5.19 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Authorized Representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules, and as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, effective September 30, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to other personal matters.
